Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay with us.
1. Booking and Reservations
By making a reservation at Hotel Rajdhani Regency, you agree to provide accurate personal and payment details. Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid identification document (Aadhar, License, or Passport) is mandatory for all guests during check-in.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night room charge. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
4. Guest Conduct
We maintain a professional and peaceful environment. Guests are expected to respect other guests and hotel property. Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
5. Liability
Hotel Rajdhani Regency is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in the rooms. We recommend using the electronic safes (available in Premium rooms) or the safe deposit boxes at the front desk.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
